For me personally I'd say that people who main are really annoying due to his kit and if they've really mastered him he's one of the most broken champs (even in high elo, yes I said it). I'd also move and into tier 2 because...well do I need an explanation? Other than that I have disagreements.

I have faced Lulu few times and I have played her few times when I played as support, I do not know why would people feel like shooting themselves xD I haven't watched all games in worlds finals, but I see them ban Lulu even in the final game which made me super interested to see how pros play her

Pros take a really poke-oriented playstyle in Worlds and (obviously) are really good at playing her (since they're pros) and with her crazy cc and team buffs through her abilities she's really overpowered when playing with comms. She's also been played in top a decent amount in high-elo and with pros recently since she can poke a lot and the team gets another support.
