Why are you using 
Summon Aery? If you're APC, why not take Nashor's Tooth? This will greatly increase your DPS. Why don't you take the Arcane Comet or the yellow branch with a Press the Attack? Then your damage will become hybrid, there will be more damage from your allies and it will still be more usefull than that. If you don't want to build attack speed, then I don't see the point in Summon Aery, Arcane Comet will be stronger.
