No, if you know how to deal with him is not a problem.
if you are ranged, poke him and starve him to dead.
use cc wisely, not all can be blocked by his shield
know how he play, your creeps are not your friend (he will dash on em) but they can be if you are good enough (you'll know his path in some situation and you'll easily cc him)

Fiddle tank? heee.. it can work but it's a bit of a waste of his other spells.
