Yooo, appreciate it! Regarding your question about whether or not you can level up your W at level 2, I would recommend against it for two reasons. First reason being is that by leveling your E level 2, you can get to your next two camps and all future camps much quicker saving you time while also maintaining a healthier clear from the heal you get from each E-cast that enters a wall. Second reason being that your W damage doesn't help speed your clear by much especially at early levels due to the fact that it has a higher cooldown and low base damage. Also, keep in mind, by not taking your E, you will be lower HP from all the E-heals you missed out on.

I am going to update the pathing section of the guide going over the new best pathing route along with a video to show the current most efficient clear. Doing this new clear actually requires two points in your Q which requires you to put your first point in W at level 4. By doing this new clear you can actually do a full clear and be done clearing all your camps before first scuttle spawns at 3:15. Expect the updated pathing to come out by Sunday!
