Conq fully stacked, which later in the game is preety easy to achieve(try it a few games and you will see) gives you a preety nice AP boost(about 54), plus the extra 8% from CDG or 5-15% from cut down.
Now we take these stats, the bonus AP that scales well with your Rabadon, and the damage % you get from runes and we combine them with liandrys and Demonic and your damage is going through the roof.
Even if the enemies dont have tanks the build will still melt any squishy the enemy has AND give you a preety nice HP boost that will make you even more durable that what you already are.
Now if the enemies do have tanks they will literally cry in despair while you are slowing them or keeping them in a distance with your wall.
But remember. Azir gameplay will always be diffrent from player to player. Im just posting the best all around build that you can do.
If conq isnt to your liking there are many ways you can play him and im sure that you will find something to suit you better!
Have a good day/night! Cheers
Pros:
+Range +safety in lane, not many unwinable match ups
+Gank set up
+Wave clear
+Strong on sidelanes
+Map pressure with correct passive use
+Fun to play skill expressive
Cons
-Hard both to play and master (otps on high elo have way higher winrates than casuals)
-Squishy before getting ap +levels on e
-His mobility is costly
-Awful build path,it might even be worth to rush nashors wich is not legendary and has useless passive
-Weak compared to other meta champs
-Bad soloq pcik, due to the lack of communication that does unleash his full potential
For me, it allows me to get out of laning phase a bit easier by poking them since im not a bully anymore.
But there are times where i go diffrent runes to be honest. Its just about the matchup and the enemy team in general.
