Azir in A tier but Talon, Neeko and Twisted Fate are below him? that makes zero sense.
Your S+ tier is pretty accurate to be fair however I dont think Cassiopeia should be in S+, maybe A or S.
Lux and Syndra shouldn't be in S tier in my opinion, both have poor winrates and dont match other meta mid laners.
Anyways, like I said hate to sound like a c*nt but this is pretty in-accurate, take this how you will :)
