I think it's a niche item. I know LS mirrors that sentiment and said the same thing on his stream. I think that it's a very good item to build 3rd or 4th vs extremely hard lanes or split pushers that outscale you. Like a Fiora, Irelia (who you really should be banning though), Jax, Kayle, Tryndamere, etc. I tried it out last night vs an Illaoi late and it felt very good and kept me alive multiple times.

I need to test it out more, but for now I'm going to put it in my situational items section of the guide. If you're ahead or there's no other big 1v1 threats I don't think it's necessary. I do think Riot will either nerf it or change the total cost though, 2500 gold for a really good passive, 650 hp, and 20 ability haste seems like too much.

For your other post I'd say watch Yorick streamers and see how they mirror their team while split pushing. You don't want to push too far without knowing where the enemy team is. The good thing about champs like Yorick/Nasus/etc who split push is that you learn a lot about macro and when is the right time to push. It's a learning experience!
