I wonder why almost all guides choose Phase rush over anything else

phase rush gives you insane mobility in fights, and that's helping Ryze a lot

RTO, you have a really good guide. But a few questions.

1. You stated that he isn't good for beginners, but didn't the recent mini-rework made his kit a lot easier? Back then, you had numerous combos and you had to decide which one to use. Now, you really just have to spam eq.

2. Second, is he worth picking up than other champions?
