Hi, nice mid guide! Do you have a reason for prefering her mid to top? Does it happen to be actually easier? Thanks!

I'm just a mid main and I pick Irelia when I see mages midlane. Right now I think you have better chances of snowballing and impacting the game in a positive way trough Toplane rather than Midlane. On Top is easier to punish enemy mistakes trough wave management, while on Midlane now the enemy will just sit under tower and be unpunished, being still able to farm with ranged champions plus freezing mid is harder to pull off and will usually last less. Still I don't mind gonig Irelia midlane vs champions like Vladimir, Syndra, Viktor etc and I don't think is easier, it's just more fun to me

what do you mainly play over irelia? trying to switch to mid since most top champions disgust me and she has a lot of hard matchups on top when blind picked

Katarina, Akali, Qiyana, then if enemy comp doesnt have 500billion CC I consider Irelia

i don't believe you can build two tiamat items at the same time right now (stridebreaker and titanic hydra), fyi.

what about trinity force on irelia?

It's really not efficient, since you will fight mostly trough waves, you will end up using half of the spellblade active on minions rather than champions. Goredrinekr is for sure the best option right now anyway due to the recent buff

Why do you go health rune instead of armor/MR?

It's just a placeholder, you will have to choose ARMOR/MR based on matchup

Hello! Very well-made guide, my friend!

I seem to have found a small, possibly meaningless mistake in this guide. Somewhere under the tips and tricks section, you said "As we already said, Crowd Controls are Irelia's cryptonite." The correct spelling being Kryptonite. Please do fix this!
