Although I agree Lucidity is good on Nami.. with the build Lumi is going - swiftness is much better. It gives additional sustain and helps correct positioning quickly and the last 2 items are for extra AP which is always BIS for Nami. Nami is simply a jack of all trades so she has so many things you can focus on - be it healing, damage or utility. She has all and provides all. This build simply focuses on her overall good utility making it nutty xD

This build is not good. Boots of lucidity are stupid OP On nami and until they nerf them you should never be building anything else. Faster abilities means you can stay in the fight longer meaning mandate/moonstone works really well with lucidity. Any build not involving at least these two items currently is just a troll. Unless you are in comms with your team than there are some matchups where guardian + Shurelia can be nice. This is why people complain about support not having many viable build paths and this is why riot said they are going to work on this in preseason. We will see how it goes but as for now there are not many branching paths that work well for enchanter supports in 2021.
