What about Aftershock? I've seen some people take it and it wokred. Is that a legitimate rune?

With your rune page, I see everyone else suggesting tenacity instead of alacrity and swapping the secondary runes to the domination page so just curious about why you run what you do instead. Also in the items, you have a picture of warmogs in front of demonic embrace.
