People focus way too much on KDA over objectives and others use your score against you when you try to make suggestions.
Example: My KDA score of 0/5/9 Apparently warrants being ignored and ridiculed even though I had personally taken down 3 turrets with minions alone and nobody helping. (I am talking full HP turret pushing to open an inhibitor.) (Think mid-lane ****er hyper pushing.)
When I suggest we push another lane to open a 2nd inhibitor I get told my KDA is terrible and I shouldn't play league and other toxicity. This is the harassment I receive in many games.
Also, claiming I am inting, because I try to help a teammate and instead of turning to help, they keep running away. I move the camera over to them to see they are at 50% hp and 60% mana. I came to help them, but since they left me alone with a fed enemy player suddenly I am inting?
I intended to draw the enemies attention and then help kill them. I can do CC and add some damage. My teammate just points at my KDA and says I am inting and should leave lane.
To be honest, I do NOT think reporting this type of behavior actually does anything. Especially since the same teammate I just died trying to help says they will report me for inting. These people do not even know what inting is if they think my above example is inting.
With that said, I had a 3 day Ban for inting years ago when I was around summoner level 13. I would lose fights that I think I have a chance to win. I died a lot, sometimes by turret, sometimes by just not having a fast enough CD or simply being out played (I was on the game for a week...) Every time they said to stop inting. I would ask them "What is inting?" I would specifically say I am new to the game and do not understand what they are taking about. All they would say over and over is stop inting. Then after that game all of them said I was being reported for inting. It took me about 3 more weeks to even find out what inting meant. This is the community that has been around for at least 10+ years. So I do not think the toxicity of this community will ever get better.
