If I can give you a suggest, try playing it with shield bash instead of bone plating for some more damages

Ive started to notice the nerfs on conq more and more recently and am considering switching to grasp totally. Any thoughts on this idea and if I do switch would I change my item build mindset and go with more tanky items such as sunfire or stick with standard build of gore + steraks etc?

It might not be too bad of an idea to swap to grasp instead of conq, but I wouldn't change my build around it. Going a tank mythic makes your damage too low to be worth going top lane.
