Could you clarify the build order and the "blue as hell" rune page? At the top of the guide it's sorcery/precision, but in the main body it's sorcery/inspiration.

And on build order, is it correct that you recommend Liandry => oblivion orb => deathcap? Or should shadowflame be built somewhere before the 4th item? Thanks for the guide!

Both rune pages are pretty viable, I tend to mess around with/update the ones at the top as that's easier to do on a patch-by-patch basis, so those are what I currently run. For build, I recommend Liandries -> (oblivion orb) -> Shadowflame -> Deathcap -> Void staff most games - I find I'm building oblivion less than I used to now that the antiheal is nerfed to 25%.

do u go boots last or second cuz i go liandry's into boots and then into other items and it works pretty good but xerath is just so immobilized without the sorce boots + it gives you some magic pen

Yeah you really never want boots any later than second item, that's true on pretty much every champion. Xerath especially cause of low mobility as you say
