can u explain in depth when u should use each rune.

unfortunately not, since it differs from player to player and their playstyles.

The Runes guide is unclear or outdated, i even searched for notes option. The Dark harvest rune mentioned isnt there either

does eclipse + boots of lucidity + ravenous hydra + the collector + (lord dominik's regards/mortal reminder/mercurial scimitar) + infinity edge is a good build?
i dont play ranked but it seems pretty broken to me like u one shot tanks 1 v 1(with lord dominik's regards)

No reason for ravenous hydra, infinity edge and mortal reminder. The omnivamp is so little it is not noticable and other lethality items / Serylda's Grudge is way better. Crit is also a stat that is not used in Talon's kit.
I have updated the guide to be more precise for the current meta.

With the goredrinker nerfs what other mythics are viable on talon now?

Primarily eclipse, you can get away with Prowler.

Hmmmm should i use traditional talon build ?

Hello! I have updated the guide after testing for 2 weeks after the goredrinker nerf. I have found Eclipse, Ghostblade into Black Cleaver is the best for talon jungle.

It seems that the current meta for talon is to go goredrinker into a more bruiser-type build. Do we do that or should we still use these items?

Very sorry for the month late reply. I don't check the comments that often, my bad.
At your time, goredrinker talon would primarily only work because you are fighting for skirmishes. As talon jungle, the lethality was needed, as you were underleveled in regards to solo laners, as you weren't clearing that fast.
That has changed now, since the talon jungle buffs. Goredrinker is definitely the core mythic.

this still a good build/concept? I started playing talon mid with electrocute-sorcery build so im wondering if this is still up to date with the best runes for talon??

I updated the guide some time ago. I still play this build when I'm filled jungle.

Why conq tho? doesnt it make more sense to go domination for oneshot? And building full lethality and running last stand doesnt rlly make sense either.

Conquerer on talon is primarily the way to go now.
Last stand synergizes well with the above, prolonging in fights - I don't know if you remember the old hecarim conquerer build which dominated in the jungle. This is a similiar principle.
