YO m8,What do you exactly mean by free scalin? Is it when you re against a yuumi or something ?

Yeah basically champs that can't really do much vs you, no real engage, no insane poke, which allows you a free lane. Such as Yuumi or Taric.

What do you think of new Fimbulwinter/Seraph's? Lots of people are using Seraphs but Fimbulwinter seems quite well suited to your build. Fimbul seems like a good alternative to Anathema's, and it benefits from heal and shield power from Redemption and Mikael's Blessing.
Just an idea since you're much higher elo than I. :)

I personally find building tear items on Zilean not worth it, takes quite a while to stack up and to get enough gold to fully finish the item, its not effective for how little gold you get on support, especially if games dont drag on for ages.

I was interested in the fimbulwinter but it seems pretty pointless to build on ranged champs. Even on most tanks who would build it I think is situational item vs true damage champs only imo.
