My God this build is awful. I have never seen worse items. Why not get an infinity edge and black cleaver while your at it. But seriously spell vamp is not beneficial because you always burst with full health, lich bane is such a waste of damage because you only proc it once, rylai's is bad because the slow is such a waste on him and survivability is not necessary as long as you play smart. Lastly, why boots of swiftness? Sorcs is the only good choice on veigar. Summoner spells are bad, ghost and/or flash seem necessary for chasing or getting out of ganks. Runes are alright. Fix masteries. -1

I don't really like it, clarity is useless on him. And yes, you downvote alot.

sorry for this build my little brother took my account and i know its a very bad build, but please dont blame my vlad build because of it.

Rylas and RoA are just bad ideas on general build maybe optional and zojans should be updated + no discription and many trollvotes.
