I tired this with my half ap half tank build that I use on tahm kench support AND top

Mythic: Frostfire Gauntlet -> lets you be tanky without many tank items

Boots: Varies but I usually go sorcerers for the magic pen. So that I get out the most dmg

The rest(in order of crafting):
Thornmail
Nashors
Demonic embrace
Rabaddons

This build worked really well and is REALLY fun. Id go for ring start with this build (if not against ranged).

Demonic on leona I don't really see. Zhonyas however...

if were building her as a tank, demonic is the absolutely perfect item,
THe starts it gives, the burn dmg since leona is melle and the ap increase for bonus health

As long as you are patient until level 3, it's a pretty fun build. Although my jungler forgot I existed and I was placed with a perma-push sett who taunted me constantly, I basically destroyed the man after 10 min and even had fun chasing a fed vex who wanted nothing to do with me xD

You can vs most melee champs win a short trade lv1 really easily because AA-Q-AA proccs PTA. Same goes for Level 2.

Hello! What do you think about running demonics or other tanky ap items on leona? Do you think its worth for her ap scaling abilities or should she stick to full tank when playing a solo lane? thanks alot!

Her AP-Scaling aren't too good, but they are there. I personally would recommend you build her like an AD Bruiser (Sunderer, Steraks, Wits End, Deaths Dance, BORK, etc, etc) if you want to do more damage on your own, but something like Crown/Riftmaker, Demonic, Rylais should work pretty well also, though I have never tested that out.

I often run demonics on support leona and i think it works pretty well at least later on in the game. I think the items you listed could work for a solo lane! id have to try it out later, thanks alot for the reply!
