Just curious, can you run inspiration secondary with magical footwear + future's market/cosmic insight?

I was thinking about it and it saves you the money of buying t1 boots (at the disadvantage of them being time-gated and kill based) and future's market can help you get more expensive items quicker (or if you're running cosmic insight, the cooldown on your abilities could help melt teams faster.)

I am very confused by the build part. I am a somewhat new player, so forgive me if I'm missing something, but the info at the build options bookmark seems to contradicts what's at the top, and so do the runes. I am confused by what it's talking about in the Which Mythic section, as I'm not sure what it's meaning I should replace with the mythic. And the build he says he builds pretty much every game doesn't include the mythics that the guide recommends to build?? I believe I am suffering from an overall information overload
