Im curious to know why Guinsoos Rageblade would be an item to never purchase on gwen? her kit has multiple on-hit interactions, the item itself is cheap, and Gwen's scaling power pairs well with the item into the mid game. If the only passive Guinsoos had was the crit conversion then I could understand but the other passive works pretty well with her design.
