Also, I have a couple questions, How did you put all theses images in between your text or next to it ?

what about LDR passive? I can understand running the item on him but isn't it counter-intuitive to get LDR and also stack a bunch of health?

Yeah you usually go LDR if enemy is a bit beefier than you. Of course the difference becomes less when you buy trinity force and hullbreaker. You still get a lot more value out of it vs tanks and bruisers than collector since they usually have more health than you and stack a bunch of armor.
