Hi, I really don't advice rylai since you can slow enemies with your Swirlseed. Also you got Lilting Lullaby that can slow (Drowsy) and sleep.

Hello! I as well don't play rylai that much, but some people may like it, so i added it as a decent buy, + i havent really changed my guide since i changed my opinion on some items, but thanks! Also, thank you for the tip! I completely forgot that it slows them for a bit when you Ult them.
