I'm pretty sure this guide was just made as a one-off but I have to say that I genuinely love this. The few games I had with this pick were quite fun.
Say, what do you think about a more Cooldown Reduction/Ability Haste + Muramana oriented build? Would synergise quite well with her Q
I can see the appeal of Neace playing it, but I would not go too hard on it. If something gets repeated too often, it can get annoying. Think of it like a Mosquito.
I'm not wanting to say that you should stop, god no! Just be wary of that (:
That being said, I can see why you'd go for Prowler's. It'd fill a similar role to Rocketbelt. Since I am a more defensive minded player (after all, I do play her as a tank support), I'd probably prefer Eclipse and use my E to get away/close a gap, knowing I could win a fight. But I also am not the expert here, you are :p
I will be trying the CDR + Muramana build in a few games and keep you updated, I do support off-meta whenever I can (:
