On koggywoggy's "YOU ARE PLAYING KOG WRONG! THE KOGGY WOGGY BIBLE" Kog'Maw guide there are 13 rune pages and I can click on only 12 of them, because the 9th rune page is hidden behind the 8th and 10th? How do I fix that?

But nowwwwwww the buttons for the ability orders are kinda bugged xd. The 3rd ability order button is almost not pressable
