ok I understand your point but this is why i suggested armor pen runes to take care of the tanks , yes for the cc matter it would be good if you bought merc treads, ( i don't know how to do options) if their is cc

sry to tell you this, but your guide is not good,
in low elo games (even in high lvl normal games) their tank is going to stack armor and its gonna be your doom, cause ur E skill doesnt reduce armor quick enough to kill a tank, plus, you build corki extremly supcetible to CC, so a stun and you r dead.
i like the idea of stacking move speed, cause corki actually needs some to pursue with the E activated. but i find that trinity force fills the role quite more efficiently.
