For this build, I wouldn't recommend PTA. Conqueror is the best keystone to use because it gives a lot of healing especially in team fights( 8% of the damage you deal to champions when it's fully stacked). Since the main feature of the build[ sunfire] is team fight durability, it wouldn't be optimal to run runes that focus on a specific champion. BOTRK, Spirit Visage, and Maw of Malmortius are good items to increase healing! This is not the only viable build on Renekton, but I find it the best because of strong team fights capability. Since the goredrinker nerfs, almost all champions that have used it slowly moved away from it.
I hope I've answered the question clearly, if you need anything else feel free to ask :D

ps. PTA is still an awesome keystone for Renekton, but for some other builds/ gameplay ideas.
Revitalize is strong on Renekton throughout the game because he has a lot of healing from his Q and maybe from Goredrinker. Overgrowth is like a late-game option. Renekton depends heavily on his laning since his scaling is incomparable to other bruisers/fighters, and he deals almost no damage against tanks :))) Therefore revitalize is an overall better rune on Renekton. I have seen a lot of good players take revitalize on Renekton, they almost never took overgrowth though.
* Both Trollnekton[ EUW], and RTO[ NA] use overgrowth.
* I do not find Renekton to be super lane-dependant( or at least not as much as it used to be) in the current meta with this build. You will not be able to fight late-game champs 1v1 if you go even in the lane, but you will be able to team fight and split push just fine. Bork and BC help with fighting tanks.
In conclusion, both revitalize and overgrowth are viable options, though with this build I suggest you use overgrowth + ( demolish | conditioning | second wind: one of these 3).
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.
