Muy Buena guia, algo que también hay que tener en cuenta es el utilizar las habilidades con los AA por ej:
AA/Q (uno básico) o tambien E/AA/Q/AA. estos combos con Cadencia Letal van de maravilla y con Conqueror también. Despues si tengo tiempo saco una guia asi explico con mas detalles otras builds y combos.

I have been trying to understand why you say is a risk item. I was always under the impression that it was very integral to 's play style, at least that's what I was told when I first started playing league. Could you please elaborate for me?

Autolykus usually calls blade "bait" because it looks good on sett with all the stats but makes you have a really low sustain in teamfights compared to other items that you would build instead. It is still good for 1v1 in genreal, in some specific matchups that deals a lot of true damage like against or if you have a big lead in lane and want to go full stomp, but you won't have the same capability of surviving in extended fights if needed.
