I am wondering what is the best strategy to employ in this elo. Ive been stuck this season for roughly 800 games and ive never felt thay rng decided matches as strongly before. I usually play engagement champs like lenoa, pyke, and naut but have found myself abandoning them from lack of follow up and matches dragging on to the point they feel inefficient.
Ive played casters and gotten enough 25 stacks of mej to have the grandmaster of stack on stacks on stacks but even games were I get that are rarely guaranteed.
Is there a certain type of support that excels at this elo? Ive gone so far as to play fiddlesticks support to pick up dragon kills both junglers strangly ignore. I'm just not really sure what to do. I'm more used to playing around plat in prior seasons and I can't really figure out this elo beyond the fact people really enjoy laning.

If you're good at Yuumi, you can easily win lategame if at least one of your teammates knows what they're doing.
She's not even bad during the early game, and can easily win lane against most supports in that elo range.

Yuumi is a really hard champion, with a high skill cap.
