the attack speed rune alone seems pretty sus on a champ that could theoretically go the entire game never throwing a single aa, and it's not powerful enough to let you throw 4 aa's between 4 E's in an early game Q+4E combo, so why?
Also, I’m only P4 and don’t main Cassiopeia! So I’m likely to make errors when theorizing my builds! Haha
I have seen a few people recommending the AH shard, but it's purely to help reach certain E cd thresholds to spam an extra one within the Q poison timer.
It's very niche but has one specific use case:
when you combine it with transcendence you can get Q+6E after finishing liandrys and archangels as you'll have 53AH.
Waiting 15-20mins for its usefulness to be realised is not as good as just taking the flat damage that is useful from Lv1 imo, but playstyles and preferences are arguable.
