W > Q > E I assume, there is no reason to max E as second, I do prefer max Q as second due to reduce cooldown on Q which is important to engage teamfights/catch solo carry on enemy team.

I do prefer max E, because baron and dragon. If you have a one ou more melee champs, you disapear with baron, E each 1 sec e 255 de damage more passive damage. You could try.
