where is ga, my friend? i cannot win low elo without a ga last item or so

GA is definitely situational. It's really only needed in games where you are 100% going to be in a situation where you can't avoid dying. Buy it and replace boots for it if you need to.

BT and the Shieldbow item don't cut it for me in these scenarios...They really feel ineffective as hell

I feel like heavily contentious where I'm practically the only one doing enough damage late games are too common here in bronze/silver, and when I get to full build and have to survive for a long while - low elos fight a lot, and yes, I have issues positioning well.
