well, I tried this build, but as ADC and I can say confidently that it only needs a little swap of items like you have to buy essence river first instead of heartsteel and then you just build the items from your build with the exception of munamane as we already got essence river.
I played this edited build and was holding on even when we were 3v5 lmao
