Just set bordless window and in /Riot Games/League of Legends/Config edit file game.cfg to number in Height altmost matches your Task bar( leave fev pixels between ) and now you can hover mouse above app in Task bar and click to open. Am playing on 2K monitor and have Height=1350 Width=2400
