Oh sorry I didnt even noticed the comment haha. So basically at release Skarner Q had an issue where it would proc everything twice Conqueror, spear of Shojin, Black cleaver. So their way of fixing it was to remove all interactions. The problem with Shojin is that Q attacks dont stack it at all, making it difficult to keep up 4 stacks at all times. You have to waver your abilities Q throw, W and E to keep up 4 stacks. (The problem is only for the Q auto attacks and not the throw it self the throw stacks Spear just fine)
