His Q is called Black Hook: It's a skill-shot. It hooks the target and drags it to him dealing initial physical damage based on % of Current Health and applies a BleedDoT in Magical Damage on the way back based on how far the target was dragged.
If he hooks an Ally he creates an ethereal illusion of them that gets dragged instead of the ally. The ally can then click the illusion to swap places with it.

In the desolate, ice-scarred lands of the Freljord, where strength is survival and metal is life, there lived a legendary blacksmith named Volg. Unlike his peers who crafted tools for hunting and defenses against the brutal winters, Volg was obsessed with raw power. He believed that true might came from the forging of flesh and steel, pushing the boundaries of what a mortal body could endure.
Driven by an insatiable desire to create the "perfect warrior," Volg began to experiment upon himself. He fused fragments of obsidian-hardened iron directly into his skin, shaping countless thin, razor-sharp spikes that now protrude from every inch of his formidable frame. His greatest and most agonizing modification, however, was the replacement of his own vitals with a searing, enchanted furnace. This heart of living flame now burns eternally within him, a constant source of agony and power, radiating intense heat that melts flesh and scorches the earth he treads upon.
His signature weapons are two massive, brutally effective metal fish Hooks, relics of his days as a coastal blacksmith, now enchanted and tethered by heavy, magically reinforced Chains. He wields them with terrifying precision, not only as weapons but as extensions of his own tortured will. Volg stalks the Freljord, a hulking monument to his own ambition and the monstrous price he paid. He seeks out those he deems worthy of his "gifts," forcing them into his cruel experiments, hoping to perfect the fusion of flesh and steel that has turned him into the Chainforged Abomination.
