I've changed my build several times, but I think you mean the static build with the titanic hydra.
I was away for a year, so I mistakenly thought the game could still function as before, but I noticed a ton of nerfs to a lot of items on my clone. There were massive changes to the game, to other roles, that affected the very essence of Shaco. Everything was fine before Diamond, when my win rate dropped to 70% (which is very low for me, more like normal for Master). After I changed my approach, I reached Master in two days, which convinced me I was right. Sometimes, when you see you're doing everything right but still lose, the problem is in your approach, not that you're doing something wrong, and the problem was confirmed in the build.

Yes bro I'm back and adapting the build, looks like nothing has changed for Shaco. They buffed Umbral Glave, but we didn't need it; our goal is fast and threatening itemization. 300 gold can be a lot early on, but I'm sad we lost such a good item on Shaco when it cost 2500 gold; now Serpent Fang is a must. The value of movement speed decreases as the game goes on. We get 30 stacks at about 15-20 minutes. The blue jungle item is only needed by those junglers whose movement speed in the bushes synergizes well with their champion (Fiddlestick's ult, Rengar), otherwise it is useless. If I had to choose between the Scorchclaw damage and the Mosstomper barrier, the Mosstomper is much more valuable in the game (barrier meta). We can buy damage anyway and would rather spend our money on damage than on defensive items. For the same reason, we buy cheap items to get power spikes faster and speed up itemization, because expensive items in the early game slow us down a lot, the value of gold is much higher than in the mid-game, where gold comes very quickly due to many factors, including fast jungle clearing, objectives and bountys. Umbral Glaive obviously is just better when enemy team unexpectedly, which happens very rarely, has no barriers (dont forget about barriers on upgraded boots, archangel stuff, sterak, hexdrinker, eclipse, bloodthirster, shieldbow, solari, summoner spells), Umbral Glaive give us nice passive, +10 ability haste we really need for clearspeed and literally every skill because my build have 0 ability haste, 10 is really tasty. I also don't like to overpay not only for movement speed, but also for the ability haste. The value of ability haste quickly falls, in fact, ability haste that we can pick up the lights on map because of Atakan or Hextech Drake is really enough for us.

I often edit the build, but I think I came to an end, the best possible 12.22 build is like singed gameplay, more movespeed, more tanky, more ganks but everyone will take their own build
