hihi, thanks so much for your comment and compliment! with pro play, you will see comet neeko basically all the time, as often when pro players want to go a tank/utility champ, they will not go the other neeko builds and just go an actual tank like Leona! additionally, they pick neeko with other factors/a premade plan in mind other than purely ADC synergy! regarding my thoughts on the setup comet set up vs. utility, both are decent! i have utilty for yunara higher than comet, since for utility/glacial, when neeko lands her E Tangle-Barbs, it applies a heavy slow field which makes it ideal to land yunara's abilities, alongside neeko's ult engage which keeps enemies stuck in zone longer, makes targets easier to kite and chase, and prevents enemies from escaping yunara’s spread autos by making them slower. i would also argue that yunara already has enough damage for herself, and lacks hard self-peel/reliable engage which utility neeko provides :).

hi! thank you for asking :). rocketbelt is a very crucial item for neeko to go because of its mobility, so i would not swap it out. if you really want to then just skip rocketbelt and go the usual build path minus rocketbelt (stormsurge/shadowflame/zhonyas/rabadons/void staff)
