Hey there, i've followed your guide for a while wanted to ask a few things like; why coup de grace over last stand which is typically thought to be more reliable overall on most champs, why no use of jak'sho while using two tanky items instead of just one, why no use of shojin despite the strong synergy with warwicks kit from both stats and otherwise? These are things i'm curious about knowing so I can understand what you think behind this!

OH YES, and I also wanted to know why you use flash over ghost in jungle? The movement speed feels more necessary, but maybe the nerfs were too much on the summoner spell, I still haven't been sure cause times when ghost nerfs got me killed or lost me a kill, flash wouldn't have helped.

Hey, I was inactive for a long time but I'm still gonna answer your questions now!
About Coup de Grace: I think Last Stand is usually better with Lethal Tempo (and maybe Ghost) if you want to play the "I just run in and attack and hope it will be enough"-playstyle, which is fine but not my style and I think Warwick is better played like this in the top lane and not in the jungle. I like the Press the Attack + Coup de Grace combo because this way you have a tool to get enemys low quickly with PtA (even better with trinity which I play again these days) and then you have the tools to execute them easily with W-Passive, Coup de Grace and PtA %-damage increases. Its just great to quickly kill a carry which I value a lot in the jungle.
About Jak'Sho: The item got significantly nerfed in Season 14 which caused me to not like it that much anymore. It's still a fine option but not what it used to be and I think most other options for a last item are better.
About Shojin: Because of the same reason of me preferring to pick short fights and win them quickly the cdr on basic abilities doesnt give me a lot of value and the other stats ad+health just can't compete with other items for the same price.
About Flash: More playmaking potential (classic early game example is when ganking a lane flash first and instantly Q your target (hold it) and follow their Flash that they will most likely use). Makes you be way more unpredictable than a Warwick just running at you with Ghost. But if you like the "run in and hope for the best"-playstyle more than making cool plays and surprise your enemies then Ghost is probably a good option.

So you do not build Titanic Hydra or Ravenous Hydra? Do you sell tiamat for the last item?

Chemtech Puppy | September 7, 2024 3:38am
Hey, thanks for your comment! :) Tiamant builds into Stridebreaker which i keep for the whole game.

Hi, what about the new builkd for s14? Have u tested something in PBE? Apreciate that u update this awesome guide for the new season. Thx mate.

Hi! I have a high ping on PBE so I only tested some things in training mode. Titanic Hydra will not scale with HP anymore but give more AD early so maybe rushing it will be more worth than now. Also Tiamat and Hydra will get their actives back which will make inspiration for secondary runes (Cosmic Insight) better. Even without an active item in my build im testing inspiration second with cosmic insight and magical footwear atm and really like it.
I will update this guide with what I'm doing as soon as possible when the new season hits :)

is trinity fotrce the only mythic viable on ww rn.arent divine sunderer or jaksho good on him anymore?and if yes why is that the case?
1
Chemtech Puppy | October 10, 2023 1:34am
Not the only viable one but I like it the most! In my opinion Sunderer was never that great because it gets countered by the anti heal people get vs warwick anyway. Also it got nerfed pretty hard not too long ago. Since then it is not even in option anymore in my opinion. Jaksho got nerfed for non-tanks, too. But i also didn't like it before that, because the trinity+titanic combo always dealt significantly more damage than the botrk+jaksho combo while providing similar tankiness (more health but less resistances).

what do you think about the new abyssal mask now when it is cheaper and more mr? Sounds kinda good for the good boy!

Chemtech Puppy | May 19, 2023 11:21am
I think new abyssal is great. Super cheap and high MR value. When you have a good ap carry on your team it should be the best mr option this patch

What makes PTA better then LT? Wouldnt LT work better with Trinity passive? Since it stack up with 5 autos!
1
Chemtech Puppy | May 18, 2023 1:35pm
What makes it better for jungle (and especially this build) is:
- Increased damage taken debuff -> team will deal more dmg to your target, too. In jungle you fight with your team a lot
- Juicy burst in combination with Trinity to get enemy below 50% health quickly to trigger W

About your Trinity passive comment: LT takes time to stack, so by the time you have noticeably more attack speed with it the Trinity passive is stacked already anyway + as kind of already mentioned with the faster access to W passive on your target with the extra burst from PTA you often have more attack speed earlier than with LT anyway.

yeah seems right and now even more dmg on trinity, so guess the build will stay the same with patch 13.10, I tested rageblade some games today but feelt kinda squishy. the armor and magic pen sounded good on paper, but I dont know!

Why coup de grace instead of last stand?
1
Chemtech Puppy | April 13, 2023 10:30am
Because the build is very burst heavy. With Press the attack and Trinity Force we get the target to low HP way faster than they get us to low HP. You will often kill squishies within seconds without even getting a scratch yourself. Coup de Grace helps to secure kills in these situations while Last stand wouldn't even get activated for the lowest bit of extra damage.

Hello I was wondering if going Jak´Sho instead of Trinity would work in some games, or would I lose out on to much Damage? If my team dont have any outer tank I mean
1
Chemtech Puppy | January 1, 2023 10:17am
In my opinion you would lose out on too much damage and especially jungle clear speed. I think Jak'Sho is better for lane Warwick combined with Blade of the Ruined King.

After level 3 what leads you to give your W 2 points and then save maxing it out until your last few levels?
1
Chemtech Puppy | January 1, 2023 10:26am
Before 3 points into W it doesn't give enough attack speed but after that the even more increased attack speed isn't noticeable enough to delay leveling Q. Without a leveled up Q it would take too long to even get enemies below 50% health to benefit from W.
