Its extremely weak early game with no early damage items, you won't do any meaningful damage till you finish core but by then lane phase is over and you have to chase your kills if you don't have a dedicated hook support. I didn't have the chance to test late game build due to the game ending in our favor but I ended with 5/2/9 at the 30 min mark, and that was me playing aggressive. Great maneuverability and wave clear though but you'd get more with the Fleet Footwork.
