Yeah but getting Wit's End against Shen/Akali/Kennen/Garen/Vladimir might do damage, but you're paying money for a useless mana sap. So I'd say if they have 2 or more champions without mana, then don't get Wit's End.

My cap is 3 or more champions, but I agree. You are wasting money on a useless passive.
