Jungling: Weak health, weak damage, bad skills for killing creeps/no health return skill. Needs to back frequently.
Ganking: Unreliable Snare, Unreliable slow. Would need red buff.
She's better in the lane where she can use her traps to ward off ganks and her range to harass.

Abuse her range in the lane (she is an amazing harass and last hitter), Cait can jungle put its gonna be light jungling which will waste your potential.

She's great in the lane, but bad at everything else. If you like her; good for you. I'm not gonna stop you from playing her :P

To be honest, I don't like her that much, but I think her ultimate is pretty decent, as is her Q.
The trap buff (being able to set 3) will help a LOT, but she needs more base damage on her skills. I think the trap should be set by creeps, but be stronger. This would help her jungle and would keep people from putting so many traps in the middle of the lane. Hate when my teammates do that :S
