I take clairvoyance because I feel I don't need anything else with Cho'Gath. I don't use mana regeneration stuff because when I get Rod of Ages, I almost never run out of mana. Blue buff is also available, and when I'm laning during early game, I never run out of mana. It's all preference I think

I just would change those little details otherwise it is a good stack.

I pesonally disagree with clairivoyance, cho'gath is not a support and clairivoyance is not a good spell. Along with the fact that what is Cho'Gath gonna do when he finds someone? I like the build overall though, I would suggest you replace your armor seals with something like mana regeneration per second.
