Tried it out, it works really well. i like the frozen mallet most though, lotta survivability, also love the slow, one of my fav items so im kinda biased XD.

So wait, what is the consensus? Are mpen or apen runes better for this build? It looks like mpen would have more effect, but runes also give less mpen than apen.
