Ok. I have a couple of concerns about this build that I would like you to explain before I can agree with your guide.

Why is an Archangel's Staff your first item? It doesn't give much AP from the passive until later in the game.

Why is the completion of your Rod of Ages 11k gold into your build? This is late game for most games and it takes 10 minutes after reaching 11k for RoA to reach its full potential in your build.

Lastly, Why do you go significantly over the cdr cap of 40%?

I have more reasoning to back up each of these concerns but I don't want to take the time until I know you are willing to address my questions.

(Just so you know where I stand on Heimer. He was the first champion I ever bought and I play him with an AP build that leans towards support. I love the idea of an off-tank Heimer, just as of now I don't believe that your guide is going about it in the most effective way. Please address my concerns so that we all know this build is as good as it can be and that it deserves to be one of the top Heimerdinger guides.)

Replace Frozen Heart with Zhonyas Hourglass and get Archangels a lot later, you have no mana early on so the passive is useless. I like the pictures though so i'm not going to downvote but the build is not that good.

I went 18-4 with this build playing against level 20+ in a premade. I'm only level 13 ^_^

I like the build, I don't see any problems with it, but I think you should elaborate a bit more on soloing mid lanes because that is generally the role I end up playing as Heim. Although, looking at your guide, I see that that's highly illogical as you play him as a pusher going from lane to lane. Furthermore (sorry I am wordy) when should I buy wards, because I don't want to buy them too early and run out of money for my core items. Also, when I do buy wards, which should I buy? Vision, Sight or both? ANyway awesome guide I will try it soon.

this is the best Heimer guide EVER!!!
i played Heimer a while ago and really SUCKED. but when i saw this build, i thought i would give it a try.
I got a win/loss ratio with this build on 10/1.
And about the rockets, the granade is mutch better, it have an blind that have killed tons of AD chars for me. its great with the survivability and a really nice dmg at the same time.
