Well, it'll sounds very noob, but...

How to do a build, lol?
I mean, what are the "points" I have to pay attention on each champion, how can I know their weak points, etc?

Thank you :D

to fully understand a champions strengths and weaknesses you need to play them a lot. experiment with item combinations until you find something good. its also a good idea to check the builds already listed, and try to find something different. when i posted my gragas tank build it was the only build for a tanking gragas at the time.

You know, that's a hell of a question... but here it goes, the "answer"

The buildsetup is pretty simple, but it has to be unique!
Otherwise there's not really any point trying to "preech" with it.

Runes, Masteries, but most of all the itembuild.
All that this requires is theorycrafting, and alot of testing.

The description, however, is more about you trying to express and lecture us "readers" about the champion you choose to guide us with. Now before you start you have to keep in mind that if you have any disabilties it's not really suited for you, like being analfabet or dyslectic.. if you have your grammar in the right place you can procede, but make sure you still check out spelling errors and such! First off we can start with a title, yes, title. Keep in mind that you need something 'extraordinary' to get people to "click" on it. Then it's up to them to decide wether they want to read it or not, though I doubt anybody reads these days anyway.

Now, with a title and a clean setup you need sections. These are quite frankly, just sections you put in different catagories you want to talk about. Here, let me give you an example:

* Title - It has to be catchy!
* Champion - Just a filler.
* Introduction - You know what this is.
* Pros / Cons - Put it out blunty.
* Pre-game - Why your masteries, runes, and items?
* Early-game - The laning-phase, y'know.
* Jungling - Only if you're doing that, ofc.
* Mid-game - Switching lanes, pushing, ganking etc.
* Techniques - Anything spesific you want to add?
* Late-game - Finishing the game, your role within the game?
* Trivia - Feel free to add anything, and I do mean anything.
* Last words - Something cheesey like: thanks 4 reading, etc.

These are basics, now for some reason they take out originality in every build. But for starters I think this is a good one, however you only get one shot and remodeling in kind of a bother so choose wisely! You don't need all of these, and you may add other sections yourself. Also feel free to re-name them to whatever you feel like, and adding semi-sections with more spesific names within some of these sections. You may get confused, that's alright, but keep in mind that this is esstential for you to get readers.. if you only have a wall of text you won't get anyway, and if you don't list up things you'll end up in a mess.

Before you even consider writing, you need some sort of a "style", is it short? long? funny? wikipedia? sarcrastic? Now I know from a fact that if you get the perfect amount of characters and if you are intriguing, informative, and entertaining in any way you'll get more +1's than usual. Just don't fall under spam, boring, and cheesey by posting your guide prematurely. However, effort is still the same! The more effort you put into your build, the more interested people will become in your "guide". If you want to put more effort in your build other than texting all your way to enlightenment, then use pictures, commands such as [ b ], [ i ], and [ u ]. Learn how to use these ase they are like eyecandy for the viewers, if you have care that much you can even make a video! But for starters I think it's easier to write, trust me.. running through a script is more tedious. When it comes to pictures you can add everything from artwork, screenshots, to plans for warding, jungling, and gank routes etc. The basic princible is [ img ]image-url[ /img ], if you want screenshots you'll have to upload them yourselves. If it's just simple pictures for items, champions, and such you can use MOBAfire as a resource for that.

= [ icon=Health Potion size=20 ]

Health Potion = [ [ Health Potion ] ]

It's pretty simple, this goes with anything: Items, Summoner Spells, Champions, Abilities.
Just keep in mind that everything is written exactly like it's supposed to: Doran's Ring, etc.
PS: Take away the *space* to get the correct command.

Oh, and about them runes:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration = [ [ Greater mark of Insight ] ]
= [ icon=Greater mark of Insight ]
= [ icon=Geater mark of Insight size=16 ]

You get the picture, it's a little tricky so that's proably why the command didn't work as intended..

I would just check out some of the guides online here for examples, I recommend looking at legendary builds for results. When you're watching all that you will know how much effort they put into their build, you can also use "Copy Build" to read all the tricky stuff they did to make it look like that way too.
