Although the build is nice, it's pretty standard and it needs more detail. Doesn't look like you put much time in this anyway. Even if people are saying that they get penta-kills it's probably either their skill or the enemies lack of skill.

how come the freshness says ideal and u have dodge seal runes? change them, i would suggest armor runes

Exhaust, Ignite, Summoner's Wrath, Summoner's Insight... Need I say more, does it make sense? This build increased my win ratio by a large amount, wait, what... oh... I meant to say this dude didn't even look at his own build beforehand.

I can already say, I'm not even going to read this based on the masteries. Putting that last point in upgraded ignite.... Instead of taking 4% less damage from EVERYTHING?? Okay... Good call...

Same guide except this one levels q first for some reason? Only reason to level q first is if you get somebody like Oriana/Ryze mid and you can't Shunpo them. Also Gunblade > Rylai's so I'd always at least get the Revolver before it. Looks like plagiarism to me. -1
