Sry Dewo, my bad on the report button, I got distracted while I was figuring out where to put it back in when the share links where added.
The copy build button gives recognition up by the title for the build it was copied from. We thought this would be used for discussion and improving builds, however reality is its often used for other things so as suggested it will now become an author only option.
The export feature was so builds could be easily shared on the official forums as we didn't have a forum back in the day, i know you remember ;) That feature is pretty out dated and could be removed but for now we will also make that author only.

Btw why do we have a copy and export buttons for?
It is encouraging ppl for "stealing" other ppl builds. Imho if you stick with that ideas it should be limited by something like authour has to give permision to copy or export his build.
