Zilean: Run Flat AP blues. Mp5 yellows, mpen red, quints are whatever. Max Q, double bomb when you can. Guaranteed lane victory.

Team fights: do what you've been doing all fcking game, speed up/slow. Save baddies when they're about to die.

Zilean. The insta ban in ranked games currently with Shen.

Because it show experience. There's a big difference between 99wins 33lossss to 3 wins and 1 loss.

Flat ap blues is silly, use CDR. You dominate lane with just the mpen. Don't try to double bomb every time you can or you will run out of mana prettyyyyy fast. Only double bomb for a kill secure or if for some reason you're having no mana problems.

"Save baddies when they're about to die" Always prioritize the carry.

I'm assuming you mean save buddies because I definitely do not want to be saving their team :)

And ok, right now my runes for him are:

Mark:Insight
Seal:Clarity
Glyph:A mix of Celerity and Focus
Quintessence: A mix (What should I go for for my quintessences?)

For quints I have just been sticking with hp quints since he's pretty squishy early game and you need to be able to stay in the lane early game and zone the enemies so your lane partner can last hit. AP quints are also acceptable, but not my preference.

Oh god more CDR on Zilean. I suppose that can work, but Time Bomb with early ap just sends them packing around lv 2 or 3. Quints are 2 Mpen 1 hp. :)

"Saving Baddies" = Ult person that got picked off, carry.
