The most slow I actually get on playing Ezreal is red buff. With any AD champ I may use, I still only get red buff. Any hard AP using champ, I almost always get Rylai's. I guess I don't have as much of a problem with slows because I always have Exhaust...always. But if you guys want to use Frozen Mallet, it's not my in-game moniez you are wasting, so do whatever you want with it, lolz.
