Kennen's AP scaling is utter ****...you're better off getting magic pen if you wanna burst people down...
on top of everything else you appear to be a complete *** who will downvote other people's ideas because you're mad that they pointed out the flaws in yours...if you die a lot as Kennen you should rethink your play style

Defensive/Offensive Mastery Build give you:
6 Armor
6 Magic Resistance
3 Points of Physical Damaged Blocked
48 Health
2% Dodge
4% Ability Power and Attack Speed
4% Less Damage taken
Offensive/Utility Mastery Build give you: (excluding the 9 you take from crossing over after Defensive specs)
2% Critical Chance
4% Attack Speed
10% More Damage on a Crit
5% More Base Damage
10% Less Death Time
4% More EXP
1 Gold Every 10 Seconds
2% Health Regeneration
10 More Ability Power After Ignite
I mean seriously, do you play Kennen as Ability Power or as any Attack damage champion? Just think about that and then and ONLY then you may talk to some people that actually understand how to play this champion and this game correctly.
